Natalia Tipton Hernandez

Biography

Natalia Tipton Hernandez is the Assistant Director of Finance and Administration at the Notre Dame Institute for Ethics and the Common Good. Prior to joining the ECG team, she worked as the Assistant Director of Cashiers and Student Accounts at Kansas State University, where she had the opportunity to serve the students and the community to reach their financial goals. During her time at KSU, Natalia oversaw the University's student loans team, student accounts, third-party sponsored accounts, debt collection, and bad-debt management. She was also the liaison between the banking services and the different university departments and organizations. Natalia received her M.B.A. in Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX, where she also worked alongside a non-profit organization, Women's Global Connection, to provide women in rural African and South American countries with financial education and resources to help them overcome poverty. Natalia enjoys swimming, reading, and doing yoga. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, her baby girl, and three crazy dogs Brandy, Bailey, and Baylor.
