Biography
Natalia Tipton Hernandez is the Associate Director of Finance and Operations at the Notre Dame Institute for Ethics and the Common Good, where she oversees the Institute’s financial and operational functions and supports the strategic management of its programs, grants, and initiatives. Prior to joining the Institute, Natalia served as the Assistant Director of Cashiers and Student Accounts at Kansas State University, where she oversaw key student financial operations, including student accounts, loans, sponsored accounts, and banking services.
Natalia received her M.B.A. in Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, reading, yoga, and spending time with her husband and daughter, along with their three dogs, Brandy, Bailey, and Baylor.
